I snapped these photos rather hurriedly yesterday as I saw my bus rounding the corner to pick me up. I was trying to capture the vivid sunlight through the cloudy sky. It was a rather warm day, despite how it looks.

Actually, what I like about these pictures is the way the branches are reaching up toward the real light and the artificial light. In the first picture, it almost makes the light fixture look like a trellis.
Thank you Ginny! I do love the way the branches look also. By the way, I forgot to answer your question about the Wordless Wednesday post. The man sitting at the bus stop had not been waiting long. I see him around when I visit here and he always looks tired.

I like the silhouette of the branches against the sky. It's funny, to me clouds always say cold weather, our long hot summers see very few clouds, just a few whisps really. We only see heavy clouds like that in the winter.
