  6. Al, I love to see flowers and other plants too when I am on a hike. Nature is so beautiful.

Jan, I was thinking of lovely summers as it has been raining almost every day here since spring. In fact in the province next door to me they were expecting snow again. They've had it so many times this spring already. I do wish the sun would shine just a little ;-)

Hi Laura, I agree that simple and little every day joys is what makes my day. That is actually why I started this blog a year ago now. I wanted to take time to smell the flowers ;-)
Now my friend Jan has started this lovely meme, Simple Joys Saturday.

Darrel and Ruth, thank for stopping by and leaving such kind comments.

KleinsteMotte, thank you for your visit, a comment and a correction. I've gone and made the change. I hope your banana/apple loaf turns out. Maybe you can post a photo on your blog when done ;-)

  7. Doyou know how the time of my post to you is set? My previous post says it was 8:38PM. Right now my time is 4:35PM. It's still a while 'til 8:30. I'm in the eastern US time zone.Which time zone are you in? I'll try to make the loaf in the morning. It will make a nice addition to a Sunday lunch.
