DIANE, some rainy days here the sky looks like it does in the photo; gray and flat. On other days it looks much more interesting ;-) Like you I thought the colour of the trees and the shiny streets made the grey skies somewhat beautiful.
AFFECTIOKNIT, if you love a good, rainy day, you would love it hear! It rains a lot throughout our winter (we don't get snow that last the winter).
CANYON GIRL, thank you for your comment. I do enjoy the rain. Just not when it comes down heavily for 2 weeks at a stretch. I hear this year is supposed to be colder and more snow than we usually get due to La Nina.

This photo has me admiring the pedestrians crossing sign. The same since I was a kid. It suggests nice people walking together. There is a delightful innocence to it that is pleasing. Great photo.
That is so pretty- love those trees dressed in Fall by the water! We've been getting plenty of rain here too- I recently bought two umbrellas so I'm fine just imagining what the sky looks like (lol).
Well sounds like you've been taking care of your knees! I understand they can really be a problem. I had some exploratory ultrasound done this past week(ha ha)..but did go through something similar when I went to p. therapy a few years ago for my neck/shoulder. Good you got a deal on the bike..I hope its all I need for mine are just batteries- but I really find it useful- that, together with exercise DVD's. Well, hope your having a wonderful weekend- till later~
