Yesterday as I took a long walk home after a hair appointment, I was pleased to hit on a scene perfect for a Blue Monday submission.
 |
Can you see the sign "peeking" through the branches and blossoms? |
 |
Even this blue sky with the hanging pink blossoms is good for Blue Monday. |
 |
Aren't the colours amazing? |
These are the last of the spring blossoms on the trees. I was fortunate to be able to capture some at this late date.
So glad you were able to enjoy Blue Monday with me. Please join Smiling Sally and the gang for more

Hello there..love the blue sky contrasted with the beautiful pink blossoms (yes I see it). They resemble baby roses up close and what looks like pretty green moss on the tree limbs.. perfect for the meme:)
ReplyDeleteI love that blossom - can't help thinking the Japanese can't have been able to enjoy it much this year. I followed the Royal Wedding too, though clearly not at such an unsociable hour!! (I'm impressed). I loved her dress, though not that of all the female guests, particularly the two princesses (ugh), and let's not talk about the hats... more like growths or sprouts growing out of their foreheads...
