Another Sunrise ~ My World Tuesday

All week I have had difficulties sleeping. I go to sleep but wake up all night long. I don't sleep well at the best of times but this week was the worst in awhile. I pulled an all nighter last night.  Since I was awake at sunrise I took some photos.

I never cease to be in awe of a beautiful sunrise or sunset.  I also love all of natural creation and any living or growing thing. I know that's a lot but I simply love God's creation.

Ah yes, sunrises and sunsets are magical moments ...

I guess you've given up on counting sheep? Hope you are able to sleep better soon, there's nothing worse than a bad night's sleep ...

Lovely photos, and glad you are getting some rest.
I don't sleep much, but have never stayed awake all night. I am sleeping with some lavender next to me, and I think that is helping.
Many Blessings - Jan

Lovely sunrise and flowers. It is an advantage to be awake at sunrise. It is wonderful though sleepless night are terrible. Hope you'll have another good sleep.

OSC, yes indeed the sunrises and sunsets are so magical that it is hard to know what is my favourite. I was able to sleep better last night, thanks.

Jan, I do have some eucalyptus which is for people that have trouble sleeping. I have it next to me too but sometimes it causes me to cough instead.

Jossie, I do love the very early morning so was glad to enjoy it twice this week. It has a still, peaceful quality. I was also able to get some sleep and hopefully that will continue :-)

Jenn, thank you for the kind comments.

Sylvia, thank you for stopping by and leaving your kind words. I hope you have a wonderful week as well!

Carver, I did sleep better since I posted this so thank you. I was also glad to see the wonderful scene that awaited me. Today we have rain so I would have been able to enjoy a sunrise.

Hey, I'm sorry about the lack of sleep..nothing quite like it either! I do hope you get the sleep you need soon! My son picked up something at the health food store that worked..I will get back to you on that. Anyway, these photos are all beautiful..that bird soaring and the colors in the sky! Flowers are of course pretty! My best, Regina-

Hi Regina, I did manage to get some more sleep the last two nights thankfully! I too have tried the melatonin and valerian from the health food store but that doesn't help me. If you are trying something other than these two items, let me know how it goes. Thank you so much for the kind comments too. Hope you're having a great week so far.
