What Are You Going to Do? ~ Tuesday 4

Welcome to Tuesday 4 continued in the memory of Toni Taddeo, its original author.

Here are a few questions for you to consider.

1.   What things do you enjoy doing when you have time on your hands?

Reading, sewing, knitting, crocheting, various other handicrafts, going for a walk, having lunch & get togethers with family and friends, going on a day trip to see something new and outside of the neighbourhood.

2.   Last minute company coming tonight for dinner!   What do you cook?

In cooler months, chili with cornbread.  In warmer months, baked salmon with rice and salad.  Maybe some corn on the cob.  It's been a long while since I've cooked for company.

3.   You've got a day to do anything and the weather is perfect outside, how are you going to spend the day?

I'd go for a walk, preferably by the waterfront.

Village of Steveston

4.   It's morning and you are asked out for breakfast.  What are you ordering?

Probably bacon, eggs, hash browns and toast with coffee and orange juice. If it's a Dutch pancake house I'll have a ham and cheese pancake.

Favourite breakfast

I made this breakfast. I don't often make or eat breakfast but if I do, it's often bacon and eggs or a variation of it.

That's all for today. I hope you'll visit again soon.

The waterfront at the Village of Steveston is also my sister's favorite place.

I am way behind in my reading and writing, but I'm trying to get caught up. Love your breakfast photo! You do the British thing of having baked beans with your breakfast? That's one thing I've never tried and somehow can't wrap by head around baked beans for breakfast. We usually have them with hot dogs for lunch or supper. But your breakfast really looks good so I may have to try that. I hope you are starting to have some nice fall weather where you live. It's still hot and humid here, but there's a tiny bit of a cool down coming this week, at least in the mornings. maybe we will get out and walk again. It's been a while because it's been so hot. I enjoyed your post! I haven't done this one yet as I am way behind. Take care and God bless!

Great breakfast. I like being by the waterfront too. Baked beans remind me of my mom who loved them on buttered bread.

I do not eat breakfast much either, but I sure do love it. Hope you are having a nice week! Loved your answers.

Hi Pamela, we are having much cooler weather for the past 3 weeks. It is approximately 70 Fahrenheit or 20 ish Celsius give or take a few degrees. I need a cover most days but many people are still in sleeveless or short sleeve tops and shorts. I hope you get your cooler weather soon. I do eat baked beans for breakfast when I happen to have them. I like them with bacon and hash browns or corned beef hash. Try it one day. I'm sure you'd like it.

I loved baked beans, canned or home made.

Thank. you Lori. A big breakfast is nice when one doesn't have it every day.

I don't get out there so often but it is very nice and the waterfront at Garry Point is lovely too.
