Following the Winding Road

Thank you to my newest followers:  Ray Lindsey of the Forgotten Vet,  Kay L. Davies and  Rhonda , who is back :-) Welcome everyone.
I encourage my regular readers to check out their blogs by clicking on their names.

We follow a long and winding road under a beautiful sky.  The road leads toward Lake Nakuru, Kenya from the Menengai Crater.

Beautiful. I've always wanted to visit Kenya. I had several friends from college that went to high school there.

There's a triangle cloud! This picture is lovely. Nice shot of the winding road leading to the lake and that blue, blue sky.

What a beautiful sky shot, Penny.
And thank you for the welcome. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy your blog a lot. I'd love to visit Africa but, as I've told Jo so often, I can't figure out how to get there without wearing my silly self out on the way. We'd have to stop in Toronto, and London (or Amsterdam, Paris or Barcelona), and then Cairo, in order to get me to Kenya.

Thank you everyone for your visits and your wonderful comments!

Taj_maan, thanks for pointing out the "triangle" cloud. I went back and had another look!

Kay, thanks for following me. I do understand what you mean about travelling so far. It is tiring for me also. I fly direct to Amsterdam there and do my best to rest during a several hour lay over, including getting a massage. I then fly on to Kenya. Stopping so often along the way, you'd had to build in several days for rest at each stop.
