Friday Sky in May

This is a shot from my patio looking straight across to the North Shore Mountains.  I like the fluffy white clouds and the sliver of blue peeking out from behind. That little dark clouds looks out of place in front.
We've had a lot of rain this year. It is always nice to see the blue sky however small.

Ah, we have been looking at similar skies this week :) I too like to find the "slivers of blue" peeking out. Very nice photos!

Morning Joyful.
Beautiful celestial images you show.
Thank you for your comment.
On an island Fur in the Limfjord, we have been home for 13 years (it is sold to the son now) Fur is about. 70 km from where we live (home base).
We went to a wedding there on Saturday, his son was married in Fur church.
We have a heat wave in Denmark right moment ..... there is sun and approx. 28 degrees.
Hope you are well and are healthy.
Wishing you a good weekend / good Whitsun.
Hugs Hanne Bente

Hi there - I don’t think the dark cloud looks out of place - I think it adds a bit of interest to the picture.

Beautiful clouds and pieces of deep blue sky, Penny! We had some rain today, first time in about a month. I saw the biggest rainbow I had ever seen this evening as we were down in the Coloma valley for a youth mission trip fundraiser, but...I didn't have my camera with me!!

I just love clouds especially when I can see images in them but I prefer the blue sky when all is said and done :) Diane

The clouds are beautiful. We could use some rain here. It has been hot, but then I like hot weather, really I do. ;)
