Today's Sky

It has been raining a lot here over the past two weeks and the sun has only been seen 2 or 3 times for a brief period. Today it was a beautiful Friday with glorious sun and partly blue skies.




I love the bright orange of the tree in the background (as seen between the branches of the tree).

    I love that view and after leaving Vancouver must have subconsciously been seeking one like it. Now we look across city buildings and up to mountains, just like in Vancouver. Only no water...

    Your photos always get a reaction from me! Very lovely. Hope you enjoy your weekend.

    A lovely sunny day is so energising after the rain, Penny! Just looking to see if you have the temp on your page. It is just over 100F her oficially today, 84F in this room.

      Hi Jan, the weather here today was 10 degrees Celsius or 50 Farenheit. It will be the same or even a bit cooler for the next few days. We are in our Fall/Autumn season right now. Thanks for stopping by ;-)

    The perfect blue sky for the sun to highlight the autumn colour in your photos. Nice to see those mountains are keeping the clouds for themselves:-)

    How quickly we forget the months of sunny days we had. I agree that it was so wonderful to have that blue sky and sunshine back. Even though we have the mountains and the ocean to compensate for the rainy days in winter, we're greedy for the sunshine, too! Makes it easier to see that scenery LOL

    Beautiful sky pix, and I really like the orange- and red-colored leaves in the second and third photos. Fall is in the air, finally. I think we may get some rain during the next several days...Hallelujah! We haven't had any rain in many, many months.
