Chilean Miracle

My heart is swelled with gratitude for the miracle of the rescue of the Chilean miners. I watched with bated breath along with the rest of the world these past two nights and am so grateful this saga has a happy ending. It truly is a miracle.

We have been watching with bated breath here in Tanzania, too - and EVERYONE is talking about the rescue - it's been one of those incredible 'world' events that really has united people from all countries, backgrounds, races, religions etc - I'm so glad that they are all out safely now ....

Yes, a true happy ending. And I have heard that the miners have many book and movie offers waiting for them, so let's hope they will never have to go in a mine again!!!

Ya..this was cool- I like what that president mentioned about faith and of course a quick response but to also accept help in a disaster!! I thought it was neat, they presented the reality of prayer and that..was good they had one another too- very encouraging!

It is so true that EVERYONE is talking about the rescue and everyone is happy this is a true miracle story. It is also a great witness for faith, the faith the men and their families had, and the power of prayer and belief in God's power. It was so touching to see that some dropped to their knees as a first step to offer prayer and gratitude to God amidst all the jubilation.
